If your data is separated by commas, this is quite easy. Make sure you have at least 6 empty columns after your address column. Select Text to Columns from the Data tab. In the pop up window, select Delimited and then Next. On the second step, select Comma and look at the preview pane at the bottom of the window. You should now see all of your data separated into nice, neat columns. You can click Finish now or you can click Next to format the individual columns (date, number, text or other special formats).

Before you do Text to Columns, you might want to replace your " , " (space comma space) with just a single comma or your new columns will each start and end with an unnecessary blank space. You can do this by using Find and Replace (Ctrl+H). In the first field, enter space comma space " , " and put a comma only in the second box and hit replace all. Your data delimiters (the commas and spaces between your fields) will now just be a single comma with no added spaces and your columns won't start and end with unnecessary spaces.

If you want to get rid of "City - ", "District - ", "Region - " and the other data tags in your addresses, do these the same way. Enter "City - " (without the quotes) into the first box of the Find and Replace pop up and leave the second box blank. Every instance of "City - " will be removed from the list. You can do this step either before or after doing the Text to Columns.

Insert a row at the top and type in your field headers and you should now have a nice, neat list that you can easily sort and merge.
