I am looking for a calendar program that will pop up when I start my computer and remind me of the days events. I am using Windows XP Pro. I found one but it was too complicated. Any suggestions?

Hi,

A friend of mine gave me a url link for a try, just great, take a look at http://www.orgbusiness.com/orgscheduler.html - OrgScheduler

the program allows creating the database and events planned, all new versions of this program for free and for a lifetime.

I highly recommend VueMinder Calendar Lite (http://www.vueminder.com). It starts when Windows starts and will automatically show any reminders. It also has a transparent calendar that integrates nicely into the Windows desktop. It's very easy to learn, and not overly complicated.

Even though it's free, I find it way better than Outlook or any other calendar program I've tried. It's awesome!

With Microsoft place of work (secure interior the place of work Suite) you may set indicators on your calendar and have Outlook e mail you or pop-up an alert on your workstation. Very smart for forgetful human beings like me :-)

Microsoft Outlook has it.

Yes, you may use Outlook for that.

But mam, I've myself developed a small utility like that (in VB.Net)... if you want a try, please tell me. I'll have to make changes in the program.

Agree with Paul... please try that thing... it's excellent!

I'm planning to develop like that :)
