If the uninstaller is missing from the installation you wont be able to uninstall it the normal way.

You can try to reinstall it and then see if you can uninstall it (as the person before me mentioned)

Or

You can try another uninstaller clean up tool. There are few in the market, some free, some not. I personally have only tried the one from microsoft called Windows Installer CleanUp Utility 2.5.0.1. It is free, its from Microsoft, and it works on uninstalling when the regular procedure wont work.

Or

If all fails, you can manually locate the files and delete them. See the program files folder under your C drive. And also look for the temp files of this program un C:\Users\\ (see the hidden folders). And finally you would need to use msconfig from windows to make sure nothing is running either as a service or at startup.

Attempt to use uninstall function of the software you wish to have to uninstall, or go to manage Panel→Add/remove packages→alternate/do away with. Then use a registry optimizer to defrag and clean up your disks. If you are no longer familiar with the application or registry, do not take away those folders/files with the aid of your self because you may delete major matters and hence your computer's performance will be influenced.

You may need to reinstall to fix the missing file then try uninstalling again.

Comodo Program Manager(DPM),

1.Delete all files and registry.

2.For broken files, can repair and make installer and then deleting the files.

Its a good software for monitoring your program.
