My computer restarts automatically while loading or in the welcome screen. How to stop it?

When I start Windows,it is loading.After some time it restarts automatically(just like superfast restart in the app. 'superfast restart') Sometimes it sucessfully loads but but when it displays the massage "welcome' it again restarts.I cannot acces Safe Mode.When the "Mup" is loading, there is a immediate restart. I cannot acces anything.I reinstalled Windows but the same thing again(didnt formated other drives).I can acess from the advanced options in the 'Domain Controllers only' and posted this question from there.I tried the Blaster worm patch but it displays that Windows is SP3 and this patch is old. How to stop this problem.

this happened to me twice in the past and both times it was the power packs, apparently it was over heating causing it to lose power for a second and restart, it was instant restarts at 1st until eventually i would have to leave it for 10 mins before it would turn back on again.

The simplest way is u get ur computer formatted & install a genuine version of windows

It has become like this bcoz maybe sytem 32 files got deleted due to some software any other stuff

or ur windows not genuine it also might be a major cause for this...
