Is it possible to place a floating table in Excel 2010?

I have a worksheet that has data in columns A through E, and gets updated hourly with new information. I'd like to have a handy little table in this sheet that will return a few handy values based on all previously entered data. Since we never really scroll up in this worksheet (currently have data as far down as row 3752) and just add data to the bottom of each column, it would be really handy to have the table remain in the same location of the excel window and have it float down (or up) whenever we scroll down the sheet. Is this possible? If so, how can it be done?

Miscellaneous notes:

1. This is Excel 2010,
2. This is a macro-enabled workbook,
3. Most importantly, I'd rather not use the freeze panes/row/column options, since that would make the top of the sheet look extremely bulky compared to the rest of the sheet with the type of data I want to reference with this table.

Any ideas?

It can be done using a VBA userform with the 'ShowModal' property set to false. Can you provide more information as to the construction of the 'handy little table'? Number of rows/columns, data source for each 'cell' in the table, etc?

You can insert a table that references cells not in the table and can even have formulae in the cells. Tables can be moved just like objects like pictures. Just grab the edge of the table and move it where you want. I do not know of any way to anchor this to a particular spot on the screen.
