How can i Reinstall windows 7?

Im in a sticky situation here right now. So heres what i did, i downloaded windows 7 from thepiratebay.com and installed it. Everything went fine, i activated it. But here comes the problem. WHe i go under system properties, it dosent say windows is genuine but im pretty sure i activated it and also my sound isent working. So now i got one of my friends window 7 which is on a flash drive. I want to know how can i delete this window 7 and use his windows 7. Please help me!!
