MS office 2007 word problem...?

Question

why i cannot save any document(.doc or .docx) the program always stop working when I am saving...

This not only happen to word but to all my microsoft office programs

I have Windows vista home premium

and I have the real and not pirated Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007...

I need your answers...

yer just uninstall and reinstall and it should work then do a scan with ur virus protection just scan that file tho

If you are sure that your version of MS Office is Genuine, then there might be a problem with your hard disk or the storage device you are trying to save to. Perform a Disk Scan on all of your drives and try again. Go to My Computer, right click on your drive(s) one by one, click Properties, go too Tools tab and press Check now.



If the problem still persists, try to repair MS Office, by going to Control Panel, Programs and Features, choosing MS Office Home and Student and clicking Change.

I think u shoul run the setup from MS Office CD and go for the repair function thats it, I think will solve ur problem

You might have been infected with a virus or malware. If not you can try uninstalling then reinstalling office. Hope this helps. Good luck

install norton and scan full system then re-install ms offoice...
