Can anyone help with outlook express 6?

I need help with mu outlook express email. I can recive my messages but cant send them. Whats wrong??? when i send a message i get a error saying

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'email.dj', Server: 'email.dj', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 5029, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Either the port number is wrong or you don't have an account under the name you set up for SMTP. (10061 means that the server actively refused the connection.) Contact your email provider.

Delete that account and start a fresh one. be sure you have the SMTP and pop servers name.

SOgo to tools / accounts / email delete the account then go back and create a new one. Something is corrupted again be sure you have the SMTP and POP name servers.
