How can I install VLC in Fedora without internet connection?

I am using fedora.
now I want to install VLC into my fedora but got some problem with internet connection.
So I can't yum install with VLC.
What can I do that I can properly install VLC?

ps: my friends have internet connection, what files about VLC should i download?
And how about dependencies?
