I need to remove some power lines that are in the picture. I have seen pictures where it has been done, but do not know how to find the program to do it.
Thanks!

1)Window Movie Maker
2)n my opinion, the best free solution would be GIMP:

3)A Paid solution would be Photoshop:

I use Corel Paintshop Pro 11. This is a fairly easy to use paint software. I have used it for years. Everyone here is entitled to their own oppinion based off of their experiences with the various software applications available on the market. You may want to consider looking at the specifications of each along with the price (if important) of each. You will be the one learning a new software application. You may also want to search for and locate reviews on the various paint packages available.

all the classes that "Grandma_J" listed are loose for downloading from the internet. And IrfanView is probable the smallest in length, yet vast on features. The GIMP is greater advantageous, yet does much greater, very such as Adobe's PhotoShop.

Photoshop CS2 if you want to pay.
Gimp if you want free.
Both are great tools but have a steep learning curve.
