When I shut down windows 2000 I get a bizarre error...?

Question

It says there is some program called "sw" that isn't responding. But when I check the Task Manager, there is never any program by that name running. When I run the anti-virus stuff, again, nothing there. The error seemed to appear soon after my clip art freaked out when I tried to load them from the office website (now no new additional clipart will load, by the way). Any ideas?

Try adaware or Microsoft's Windows Defender. Both are free. Google them to find them.

Try to do a Save any data you put on the computer that you want and d a system restore from the last time your computer worked properly. Then download windows defender it helps against unwanted stuff like spyware.
