About Logs file for Android?

I got a PC Tablet [Android] for free and its protected with
Norton Family (Parental Control) which prohibite me from accessing Google chrome, Youtube and other Applications. I can only use BROWSER to access some website but not all..
But I discovered that if I use "New Inconito Tab" I can access any web site that I want without being blocked.
There is also an application named " iPro Monitor" and I would like to know what is it use

So my question are:
-Will there any Logs recorded when surfing on "New Inconito Tab" ?
-How to delete Logs files if yes?
-Is there a way to surf freely without being detected by Norton family?
-Any way to bypass Norton family without desactivating ?

No, inconito Tab don't save log file.

I got it for free by The Ministry of Education (Mauritius)

and its them who is monitoring what i'm doing with the tablet

But I can reset it, They will know if i done so

and will be serverly punished by law

If the device belongs to you now, you can always do a factory reset.
