I have a wireless internet connection that restarts a lot so when I'm downloading large files that take some time half way in the internet might disconnect and i have to reconnect and start all over so I was wonder if there's a program that will resume my downloads from where they left off.
I download files from file hosting sites such as megaupload, rapidshare

Try Getright:
http://getright.com/get.html
GetRight is able to pause and resume downloads, download from multiple servers to speed up download time ("segmented downloading"), scheduling the starting and stopping of downloads and shutting off the computer or disconnecting the modem when the downloads have finished.
