Can anyone tell me where can I get updated drivers for Windows 8 ? (Lenovo Z580)?

I have a Lenovo Z580 Laptop. It came with Windows 7. A few days back I upgraded it to Windows 8. Everything worked except that some Drivers had compatibility issues while installing (such as the Atheros Bluetooth Driver). The soft keys on the Laptop which enables me to select modes for Dolby Home Theater wasn't working and also the one which enabled me to choose Thermal Dissipation mode or Dedusting mode wasn't working. I was able to install the Graphics driver and the graphics seemed quite good. But a few error messages were coming, maybe because of some driver and even an Error message came stating that the CapOSD utility wasn't found.
Can anyone please help me out with this.
I just want to know where can I find the upgraded Drivers for my laptop which can be used on Windows 8. Has they been released ? If not..then when will they be released ?
I just love windows 8.... And would also love to clear this query out :D

A lot of drivers for Windows 8 are still unavailable because Windows 8 has not been released yet. The only thing available right now is a beta, half complete buggy little Preview version. So you're going to have to wait several months before the dust settles and vendors get all of their drivers out there. They (vendors) have to wait first to get the Win 8 operating system.
