Any bodies know what is the shortcut key to insert rows below in Microsoft word?

I use Microsoft word 2003. I just want to know what is the shortcut key for Table > Insert > Rows Below

Put your cursor behind the a row (not in, but really behind) and press Enter on your keyboard to insert a row.

Simply right button of mouse in the table itself down to insert, rows below or above. When working in tables it is usually a good idea just to bring in the right amount of columns but only two rows. Format the first row for the headings then format the second row and working across from column to column by using the tab key when you get to last cell and tab a new row is automatically inserted. That way you don't bring in too many by mistake and then have to do right button, delete cells, but you insert them as you need them.
