I want to begin to make music but I am not sure how important the other plugin are on the signature series. I am currently using garageband and am wondering if I can still use FL studio for a mac as well.

FL Studio is Windows PC only. You can get it running on Mac by using Bootcamp.
The Signature Bundle includes more plugins: Maximus, Hardcore, VideoPlayer, Sytrus,
Soundfont player, DirectWave Sampler.
I can't tell you if they are important to you, Sytrus is a great synth, Maximus is a superb compression effect. Directwave is interesting if you're into sampling. In all, the Signature Bundle is the best value for money.
In case you end up getting FL Studio, you can get 10% discount on your first order from image-line with this promo link for new customers: https://support.image-line.com/jshop/shop.php?offer=Default&promo=BACJBAA468
Good luck!

Ugh, I hate the term "repetitive beats" and frankly I wish people just used it to mean a signature sound, but when in the context that I've been hearing it used most often it means the beat itself is too repetitive as in its just a 3 second loop repeated for the entire song. This is of course a retarded criticism considering that essentially EVERY beat has that set up barring a few producers (most of which are garbage).

well i have been using fl studio for about 8 years now,the difference between them both comprises before the fact of different effect and syth package's and also which some people don't know the audio quality as the producers addition has a more true and smooth sound emit-ed also as i,don't use them syths that are with fl studio it WILL limit your potential try vsti like z3ta if you what great sound one of the best if you make trance or house also albino, vangaud, blue, and get as many oneshot sounds as you can hope this has helped
