Thats simple.
Open the school project file in windows movie maker and holding Ctrl press 'p' it is the hotkey to save a movie file. Save as wmv(windows-media-video) on a specific place/drive you want.Burn it to a cd and give it to your teacher.

Depends what version of Windows Movie Maker you have.
However, look in the 'File' option and select the option 'Save Movie', which should give you options to export it as a .wmv file.
If you have a very recent version like the 2011 version, select the blue button in the top left corner, and select 'Save Movie' and choose the top option if you want a .wmv file
