Will my P.C run Windows 8?

hi i plan to upgrade to windows 8 upon release but i do not weather it will run or not the specs are, i know the P.C is powerful enough but an worried about compatibility

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX

CPU: AMD Bulldozer FX-4 Quad Core 4100 3.60GHz

Ram 4 GB

GPU: Sapphire HD 6950 2048MB GDDR5

ODD: Samsung 12x BluRay ROM

PSU: Antec CP 850W Modular Power Supply

HDD: Samsung SpinPoint F4 EcoGreen 2TB

If it runs Windows 7 it will run Windows 8. If Windows 7 is working you have no reason to upgrade it, in my opinion.

No It Cannot Run Windows 8 Because You Just have 4 GB Ram You Need more Ram tor Run Windows 8

Hell ya it is. I'm running Windows 8 consumer preview version right now on my 4 year old laptop. Why don't you try it out.
