Every time I make a big image in Photoshop(you have to scroll down to see the whole image) and try to save it,when I open it again it is freakin mycroscopic. The whole image is supposed to be consisted of 7 different pics with text. When I open it it reduces all 7 pieces so you cant read anything.
I know its lame but what should I do?

What size are the images - what are their pixel dimensions. Are you viewing at 100% or what?!?! Are you viewing the image to fit the image window - if so, that isn't the "real" size. The real size is 100%. The way you view images in Photoshop (at any zoom level) doesn't affect the actual size of the image.

An image's dimensions are its dimensions in pixels - if you zoom in you are just getting closer to the pixels, if you zoom out, you are just viewing the same image from further away.

Not sure I can help further as you haven't really given enough info.

Make sure the file (when a photoshop file) is actually the size you want it to be by clicking View from the menu bar and selecting Actual Pixels from the drop-down menu.

If this is fine, then proceed to save. When you Save As, select JPEG from the drop-down menu. Click Save. A window should pop up called JPEG Options. Under Image Options, make sure that "12" is typed into box next to Quality. Additionally, make sure Baseline ("Standard") is selected. Click OK.

If you continue to have trouble, make sure you are viewing the image full size. Again, click the View menu, and select Fit on Screen. If it is still pixelated, when it is a photoshop file, select Image Size from the Image menu. Change it so that the actual dimensions are larger than before. It is possible that it is a very small image with a very high resolution, so it seems bigger than it is.

What percentage is it showing in the windows?

If it's showing 25% for example your windows are zoomed out.

To save as a .jpg you have to flatten the image and convert to 8 bit.
