most flavors of Linux:

Fedora

http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/Fedora/12/ppc/

Ubuntu

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/releases/9.10/release/ubuntu-9.10-desktop-powerpc.iso

Mandriva

http://mirror.corbina.net/pub/Linux/mandriva/official/9.1/ppc/doc/mandrake-ppc.html

Debian net-install disk (I don't recommend installing it from the full distribution disks

http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/squeeze_di_alpha1/powerpc/iso-cd/debian-testing-powerpc-netinst.iso

And of course yellow dog got its start on the power pc though I'm not sure which architecture this is fore:

Nor am I aware of Linux Mint for Power PC. I won't point you to the gentoo pages because I wouldn't wish that on you. Here is a good page on it though:

Any PowerPC flavor of Ubuntu should work as well as a G3 will let it work.

The G3 is a craptacular chip at this stage, you know.
