gosh let's hope not. Clip Art is hideous. Elect for importing your own classy images, not that tacky stuff.

The new version of Open Office does have a Draw feature. I am not sure it comes with Clip Art but there are many sites on the Inet that offer free Clip Art such as,

The new version also has a Data Base feature that is suppose to be compatible with Access.

Yes it does. You have 2 options. Go to the open officie site and look for the extensions files or you can now download Open Office premium (about 220 megabytes) which has all the available packages included. Its still version 2.03 - the latest and free.
