I have an image I created in several different formats, including .svg, .eps, .pdf formats and I would like to enlarge it to fill 8 pages of A4 paper and print it as such. I have Photo Shop Elements and Adobe Illustrator CS5 but I as I do not use these programs often, I could not figure out how to resize the entire image properly and see how many pages it would fill. Is there anyone who could help me with either these programs or provide some sort of online option to do this? Any help is much appreciated!

For enlarging a vector image Illustrator is your best option as this will retain the vector data so there will be no loss of quality.

Open the file in Illustrator and enlarge the document size to suit by going to File>Document Setup.

Then, using the Selection Tool (black arrow) select all of the image. Change to the Scale Tool (right hand side of Tool palette, looks like two rectangles with arrows pointing outward), click on the image, hold mouse and drag to size you want.

Most Adobe Program use Ctrl + t to resize picture (Command + t in MacOS), you should try it in Illustrator. When you want A4 Size paper, Go to File > New and change size to A4. For .Pdf file you need to export to .jpg or vector picture files first.

Hope this help
