Where can I Convert .MOV format to a .MP4 or .AVI format ? HELP !?

I made a video with my friends but my camera puts it into .MOV Im not sure what type of file that is. but I know i cant put it into Windows Movie Maker. I can put it into Windows LIVE Movie Maker, But i'd like to use the older version because its has more effects that i can do with it. I know ALOT of places where they can convert videos, BUT they limit to 100MB. But i have more than that. SO. How do I change the .MOV into .MP4 OR .AVI ?!?!

May we ask why you have to convert .mov? - your video* editing app doesn't support it? Converting video to another format may affect video quality unless you have the right application.
