Create a folder in My Documents called Zip or Downloads or something.
Also, download everything to desktop because it slows down the computer, and you need to constantly delete the files.

Its where ever you want it to go. its just a location to extract (unzip) all the files. The folder has to already exist.

wherever you want (or are allowed). It's probably just a temporary store of the file needed to install the program. You'll be able to delete it afterwards!

A good link to download Winrar is: http://bit.ly/1p3P8KR
The best program to decompress files is Winrar, you can unzip all kind of files!(.zip, .rar, .7z, .iso, .tar, .jar, .cab, .gz, .ace, .uue, .bz2, etc...)

i usually send it to desktop as thats the easiest place to find it and as has been said its probably just to extract and install and you could delete it afterwards.
