I know there are a lot of these questions, but please! HELP!

So when I start up my computer, I get a message that says Document Viewer is trying to download. I never downloaded anything like that. Then, I click cancel, and there's another box that comes up and says 'An unhandled exeption has occured in a component in your application etc.'

Yes, I have tried exiting the program (it doesn't let me close it). And because of that, I can't turn off my computer!

I've heard that this problem is caused by HP, and I have an HP printer. Hope that helps.

If you know ANYTHING about this problem, please help!
