If opening the same files though the program, ex Autocad or Word files open up right away, but if I double click though an explorer window files take 2-3 min to open. Computer is over a network but local files have same issue. It's sorta strange because when opening though the progam the file opens up right away.

You must free more space in c: drive , use cleaner , delete internet temp files and cookies , history etc

Type --> msconfig in the run command , go to startup area and uncheck some of the unneeded programs (these basically runs in the background all the time and slow ur pc down )but be sure what u unchecking (don't uncheck antivirus or other imp files)

That is because you already have the progam loaded.

If you double click on an icon windows first of all has to decide which program to use and then load that program, only then will the program load what you have clicked on explaining your perceived delay.

possibly you're no longer fullyyt clean. whether you're, with that a lot crap having been on your gadget the wear and tear may be irreversible without doing an entire homestead windows re-installation. removing the malware does not consistently get rid of the wear and tear.
