It got a virus on it that destroyed Windows Vista so I formatted the entire disk and put Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 on it.
We have an OEM version of XP home edition and we want 2 put it on.
I shrank the Ubuntu partition to 10GB and booted off the XP disk. However, the installation says it cannot pick up the hard disk.
We do not have a recovery disk and the hp website will not tell us what hard disk is in there to get a driver 4 it.
