I have downloaded Visio and also WINZIP and 7ZIP to try and open it.?

I have downloaded Visio and also WINZIP and 7ZIP to try and open it. The problem is I can’t when I try and open it just keeps extracting to other folders, can some one please give me direction on how to open the file, it’s really frustrating and have spent a fortune on WINZIP and 7ZIp

If you are looking for a good program to open zipped files (compressed files) the best solution is WinRar.

I have used winRAR for a few years now and it has never let me down.
