Hi. I have problem in pasting values to my Excel workbook. If I copy a table from word document for example or an output from an academic database, I simply cannot access the "paste special" option. I mean "paste special" includes only HTML, Unicode-txt and Txt options.

Whats wrong with my excel??

You don't need to use "paste special", in your case a simple copy and paste will do (Ctrl + C then Ctrl + V).

it truly is type of of a workaround, yet a touch a lot less annoying than the import procedures others describe: a million) make sure your emails are all in a unmarried row. A column received't artwork. a) in case you've were given them in a column, then replica those e-mail addresses (no longer the entire column, choose each and each and every of the e-mail addresses yet no longer the entire column), visit a sparkling sheet, choose a cellular, on the abode tab, contained in the Clipboard crew, click the arrow decrease than Paste, and then click Transpose (you are able to't purely paste; Transpose in problem-free words shows up the following). The vertical list of emails will change right into a horizontal list of emails. b) save this as a CSV. c) Open the CSV in notepad or wordpad. you are able to now replica/paste the comma-delimited e-mail addresses in Yahoo mail. 2) Yahoo limits the type of addressees you should use in a unmarried e-mail. i have not examined to be certain what percentage, yet 50 worked positive for me and that i have been given an blunders with about 100. when you're operating up by assessment reduce you are able to repeat step a) above, choosing in problem-free words 50-60 emails at a time. once you paste them into the hot spreadsheet, paste them into succeeding rows. The CSV will then open with them in neat communities, that you paste one after the different into succeeding emails. (and that i comprehend of NO workaround for that e-mail reduce - they do it to limit spammers, which I get excitement from, yet grrr it makes getting mailings out to my crew 4 circumstances see you later because it will be). wish that's functional.

If Excel can not understand the info in the clipboard, then it can not get you more than these options,

I recommand you to convert the table into single table (Excel can not understand table inside table, like what we see in most webpages), means you may need to modify the info before copy it.

Or

Just paste it first in NotePad, then copy it again and paste it in Excel

What is it you want to paste?

But anyhow, you should be able to insert it as a txt, if you want to use the values.

Ps:Generally I do the opposite - insert tables from Excel into MS Word.
