HI, guys, I don't think there is a free software can help you out, because I have tried many free softwares, none of them can work well, some of them have many limits, some of them are poor quality, some of them even have virus, so now I am using a good and inexpensive software RZ Video Converter which can convert any videos or audios between different formats with good quality, such as convert flv to mov, etc. Yahoo or google search and download RZ Video Converter.
