Hello Rauf:

You are asking us to answer the differences between two classes of software, two types of solutions. ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. The leader in this software class is SAP, and you can find lots of information on their website at www.sap.com. Oracle is the second largest ERP solution in the world, I believe.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and the industry leader in CRM (by most measures) is Siebel (owned now by Oracle). The URL for their website is http://www.oracle.com/applications/crm/siebel/index.html.

My recommendation is to focus on SAP because of its industry leadership throughout the world and the additional module options from which to choose. Oracle/Siebel is not bad and there are many, many customers who use these solutions. If you become proficient in either SAP or Oracle, you probably will be fine for a prosperous career.

I work in the SAP space, so I admit I am prejudiced towards SAP.

All the best.

Chocolate fudge is a confectionery, usually sweet and rich. It is made using sugar, butter and milk. Obviously a chocolate fudge brownie cake is a brownie cake, and not a sweet.
