can anyone help me with adobe flash player problems?

Question

I used to have an old version of adobe flash player , then websites asked me to update it , i updated it but the movie never shows up .
i have another account in my computer i also tired updating it there too and it worked perfectly .
why is this ? can any one help ??

If you follow these instructions exactly, you'll be able to get the Adobe Flash Player problem solved. Go to the Adobe web site and find the Adobe Flash Player Un-installer. SAVE it to your desktop when you download it! Don't install Adobe FP Un-installer from the web site! Now, close the Adobe web site and install and run the Adobe FP Un-installer. The Adobe FP Un-installer will remove all remnants of old or partially installed Flash Player from your registry. That's where the problem was! Now go to the CNET web site. It's a safe web site with excellent downloads for many free soft-wares. Find the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and again, SAVE it to your desktop when you download it! Now go to your desktop and install the latest Adobe Flash Player and you should now be able to watch videos on your system. Hope this information works for you. Good luck!

o solve this easily:



Go to Start - Control panel - Programs and Features. Look in the list of programs and select any Flash Player that you see. Click on it and then click Uninstall.

Let it finish and then reboot (restart) your computer.



Now go to adobe.com and download/install it.



It will work



Adobe don't tell you this, but you need to remove any existing flash player before you can install or update.
