You might have to tell your ISP to unblock port 25 or earlier than you do this, go to the developed tab on the bills set up properties, and verify the two bins on the high and the primary environment will likely be port 465 and the 2d port setting must say 995 if now not put it in there that must fix it

you can use a gmail info, you need not create a new one. Adding/configuring your mail in outlook it doesn't change your domains, so it will be yourname@gmail.com (You are just going to receive mails in outlook). In outlook you will be having some extra features such as creating meetings, assigning tasks, importing and exporting backups.

Email Clients: Microsoft Outlook

This Microsoft Outlook Configuration Tutorial is a step-by-step guide on how to configure your Microsoft Outlook email client in order to make it work with your web-based email account.

Step 1: Open Outlook, and click on the Tools menu. Please, select E-mail Accounts...

Step 2: Select the option Add a new e-mail account. Click 'Next'

Step 3: Select the type of account you would like to create (IMAP or POP3)

Step 4: Fill in the Internet E-mail Settings fields as follows:

Your Name - Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of all outgoing mail

E-mail Address - Enter the email address which the others will use to send email messages to you.

Incoming mail server (POP3/IMAP server): yourdomain.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP server): yourdomain.com

User Name: please use the full e-mail account name. Example: you@yourdomain.com instead of you.

Step 5: Click on the More Settings... button

Choose the Outgoing Server tab and check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.

Check the option Use same settings as my incoming server.

Here you can choose if you wish to Leave a copy of the messages on the server or not.

Please do not use secure authentication as we do not support this method.

Go to http://www.outlook.com

Click on link to sign up new account (its in blue in bottom right hand corner)

Follow instructions to start new account, as far as I am aware you'll have to start from scratch with contact details as Outlooks server can't access Googles server to access your Gmail account details

@outlook.com will be your email address, e.g. someone@outlook.com

Yes you can use your gmail account.

You did not specify the version of Outlook, so my answer is based on Outlook 2007.

Open Outlook

Click on Tools -> Account Settings

On the e-mail tab select New...

If this is the first account you will see a screen asking for your name, e-mail address and password information.

If you are adding an additional account to Outlook, it will present a dialog box asking you to choose the e-mail service. In this case select the Exchange,Pop3, IMAP or HTTP option then click Next.

Once you enter the information, Outlook will take care of the rest.

Press the Send/receive to start receiving your e-mails. Outlook will load new and existing e-mails from gmail.
