Do long text message threads slow down your phone?

Because I don't want to delete it... but my phone is lagging... is it from the long text message threads or something else?

I have the LG Dare, and I noticed that if I don't erase my recieved text messages periodically, the phone has a drastic change in speed.

you're able to save as much less issues on cells as attainable it is going to run out of memory after some issues are extra on the telephone you're able to delete those you dont incredibly need i mena i dont understand why we i say we b/c i do an identical save them whilst there little msgs like no or so long or different non experience ones basically save the quite stable ones

Yea they do. The less memory on your phone the more it will lag.
