Computer problems Please Help.?

Question

When i start up my computer i get this message on my desktop and i cant exit out of it or any thing or get it to shut down it makes me download something and then after i download it it dose not do anything it just keeps sitting there and the only other opition i have when im doing anything is buying the stupid program. This is the message i keep getting.:

What is this and the only way i can start a program is buy clicking Ctrl+Alt+Delete and using the Windows Task Manager that pops up PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

and when i mess with that top part it always makes me try to buy there program and i cant i have no money or credit card and i cant get out of it. thanks again for the help.

while restarting your computor continuously click the F8 key & you will open a window with several options. using the arrow keys go up to safe mode with networking & click enter; a confirming window will open click eneter again. Once in safe mode download; update & run this. www.malwarebytes.org

This should remove the rogue malware problem you are having. after start up you should be ok

Obviously you have a scam program that is designed to make you buy their program to get rid of if. Download Spybot and run it. I have found it will remove this crap and really help your machine run faster. Download.com should have it available.

Try a system restore and see if it is in the ad remove programs
