when i am opening it, instead of add or remove programs/ user accounts will open, the text I will read is "These Control Panel Option is not available.

The content of this control panel has been made unavailable by your system admin. To make changes in this area, you may consult your system administrator... T_T

well the good news is you are the administrator so you don't have to contact anyone. LOL Seriously what you might try is when you go to log on try logging on to your machine as admin or administrator as the user name and see if it logs you in, if it does then you can go back into control panel and give your other profile the one that is not working administrative rights and then you can restart and try logging back in like normal and see if that worked,if it still didn't work then log back in as administrator and just use that account for yourself permanently or create a new profile. Hope this helps, good luck!

ok i ccleaner is a freeware program that can delete programs like add-remove programs but cleans up the leftover files too, so it's actually better
