All of the above. I have three computers. A Mac Mini, a home-built PC running Linux (Ubuntu) and another home-built machine running Windows 7. I have BSD and Windows 8 running on VMs.

I love operating systems. The first I used was VMS. Then I switched to VM/CMS. Both of these were in college in the 1990s. Then the school invested in Unix and we got HP-UX and AIX to play with as well as a few Irix boxes. The first computer my husband and I bought was an Amiga. We ran our own UUCP site on it. Later we tried Slackware on it. I remember installing one of the earliest versions of Linux from a stack of floppy discs. I also used NT 3.51 and played with OS/2 Warp. At work I've done work with Solaris and even tried Open Solaris for a while, but I think Oracle has effectively killed it.

i love those answer those that imagine Linux is is at 2% and Mac at 8% homestead windows is at ninety 2% they have not were given a clue it truly is the figure for one unknown linux distribution this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, Sabayon Linux Downloads: 9,311,519 consequently far next contained in the first 3 months of this years Microsoft lost over 2 million internet business enterprise servers Linux received a million.9 Million those are first rate figures If one had to finished the final Linux distributions Like Ubuntu, Debian Fedora, Opensuse LinuxMint, Mandriva PClinux, Solaris they could fined that Microsoft persentage might want to be homestead consumers round 50% no longer ninety 8%

I currently only use Linux at the moment, right now it is Linux Mint 9 Isadora (Gnome Edition).

I am getting ready to move on over to Sabayon Linux 8 Gnome/Cinnamon Edition as I personally prefer to use a rolling release and I like the fact that it is both a Binary and Source Based Distro.

In the past I have used various different version of Windows (3.1 - 7), Macintosh and MacOSX, FreeBSD, HaikuOS, ReactOS.

Some of the Linux based distros that I have used:

Ubuntu

Mint

Debian

CentOS

Fedora

Wolvix

Mipis

Zenwalk

SLAX

Android

Fortress Linux

Puppy Linux

I prefer Linux as it I like the philosophy behind it. I also like to tinker with my computer and thus Linux gives me that capability. FreeBSD was good though I just didn't feel as comfortable. I am thinking about trying DragonFly BSD and/or GhostBSD on test machines.

I'm running a Windows XP Machine, purely because of the wide range of programs available, however, I have done a lot of work with linux in the past because of it's stability and flexibility. Have you tried running virtual machines if you like different OS's? Check out VirtualBox.

I am using Windows XP SP-3 and Windows 8 developer preview versions of my desktop. Windows 8 has amazing features like full screens apps, smooth interface, video player, fast access and more..

It's a great experience to use Windows 8.

I'm using Linux at present. I had dual-boot with Windows 7 and rarely used Linux until my computer fell off a table and got messed up, now it will boot into Linux but not Windows. I really ought to figure out what's wrong with it.

I use windows. It has served me decently since i was a little kid. Apparently every second windows version is good. Macs aren't worth the money and i don't get all the hype about them. Why not be unique? and linux... well i have no idea what the hell thats like
