How do I undelete files from a floppy disk?

I accidentally deleted all the files on a floppy disk - is there any way to recover them??

It would be useful to know your operating system. I assume you are using Windows and not Mac, Linux, etc. Have you tried your recycle bin? It should be on the Desktop. Double click the icon and choose to "Restore All Items". You could also try a tool located here, but I've never used it before so be forewarned.
