i delete it how can i get it back anyway to download it or restore i am using google chrome right now but i really need windows explorer back any help would be nice

Thats where you download http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx .Install It and ready to go. HOWEVER, I recomend using Firefox, its the BEST internet explorer out there.. winner of 2010. heres the link. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html Go Mozilla!

You cannot delete Windows Explorer, it is an integral part of Windows.
You just need to find it.
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer.

You probably pulled up Task Manager and did End Process on it. You just reboot to get it back.
