Is Nero or Pinnacle Studio 11 a better video editing software?

Nero I notcied is a DVD authoring software and Pinnacle Studio allows video editing. I am not sure which one is better.

Pinnacle is WAY better than Nero. I wouldn't use Nero for anything. Transitions and special effects on Nero are tough to manage and altogether boring. That's not much of a problem on Pinnacle.
