I need to add a new person in MSAccess in order to print an ID card and print it on it's own by searching for the new person using a query

That's easy enough, all you do is open the original table and enter the new person's details as a new record at the bottom. Presumably you have a report set out for printing the ID Cards (label report possibly) and having added the new record all you have to do is to print that one record only.

Its easy! just crete a form using the form wizard and then insert a new person to your data base from there. (you can also customize your form with buttons to make it more easier to add people)
Also, you can create a report which will automatically create an ID card for your people in the database.
You can e-mail me with any queries at alexlomax92@yahoo.co.uk
