I'm looking for a little Windows software that simply runs in the background and records battery usage stats. I don't need it to do much, but I would like to know how long I have been using my laptop before the battery dies. It should keep a history of these stats.
Do you know of any software that would do that?
Thanks!

An open source firewall answer talked approximately as SmoothWall has an in-equipped MRTG provider. this might properly be a community utilisation visual reveal unit that produces graphs representing the bandwidth fed on. it is put in on an previous disused workstation and be positioned between your instruments and the router to passively visual reveal unit the utilisation. MRTG is attainable as a separate gadget yet might want a server with which to run on. Ubuntu / Fedora / FreeBSD or some thing comparable ought to do this. Does your router have some thing talked approximately as SNMP in it? it is what MRTG makes use of to interrogate bandwidth utilisation. in any different case, no, there is not any trouble-free technique to be certain the bandwidth hog!

here's the link that you can download the software "iPK Combo": http://www.softpedia.com/get/Windows-Widgets/System-Utilities/iPK-Combo.shtml

it's a gadget for the side bar, this programs show you the wireless network status, ip address, cpu usage, ram usage and the battery status. you can add that to your side bar after installing it. hpe that helps.

No there is not, yet you can see by clicking the battery bar on the bottom. It will either tell you how long or the percentage of battery life. Thanks!
