The four most common ways:

Tab key, Enter key, mouse, and arrow keys

You can also add in the page up and page down keys.

The enter key can be changed so that it does not move cells when pressed.

You can also use the HOME key and the END keys to navigate

HOME can be used on its own or with the CRTL key.

If you press END then HOME this will take you to the last used cell on the current tab.

You can use the END with the arrow keys to move to the last used cell in the current range you are in.

If you use CRTL and page up or page down, you will move between tabs in the current workbook

Hope this helps a bit more...

a touch better specificity in the question might want to be powerful, yet do this: a million) reproduction the cells you opt on 2) bypass to the Insert menu 3) click on "Insert copied cells" the outcomes are maximum glaring once you're putting total rows/columns. you will see that how each and every thing else is moved over. attempt it & see if that works for you.
