You can create a .NRG file using Nero and then convert that .NRG to .ISO file using AnyToISO convertor. You cna download it from here - http://www.busyping.com/downloads/34-free-softwares/49-any-to-iso.html

You have no need to create an ISO file if all you want to do is burn a file to CD. It will be created in ISO format automatically when it is written. ISO, or ISO 9660 to give it its full title, is the standard file format for optical drives.

An ISO is an image of a CD/DVD. In order to get an ISO image you first have to create the disk to get the image from. You can then extract an ISO image of that disk if you wished to save it for future use.

Download a program called DVD Shrink. It will shrink your movies into ISO format. Then use a program called imgburn to burn it to a new DVD.
