I need a software that logs in to email server using particular email username and password and then search for emails with specific message in the subject field and then download those emails

get a mobile ( better if android) and install that mail server app into mobile and login with your account it automatically keep on posting notifications about new mails you can search in app itself for specific mail for example GMAIL app

The mail server will see this as an illegal attack and block it. Or even delete the account.
