Worst luck.... no sorry. It is a dirrerent Microsoft product entirely.
There is very little difference between XP Home and XP Pro. Usually XP home is an OEM version and is only compatible with the motherboard that the computer has inside it whereas the XP Pro usually is will load onto a computer with any motherboard which is also sometimes referred to as a "full" version
Microsoft Office is only a program for typing, spreadsheets and that type of software and it isn't an operating system to run a computer

No. Microsoft Word is not part of Windows. It has to be purchased separately as part of the Microsoft Office program. Windows does include a simple word processore called Wordpad for free. You will normally find that in the Start Menu under Accessories.

Yes, Office is a separate program and versions of it can run up to 250.00. XP home version comes with more "media' driven programs, game ready & so forth. XP Pro leans toward the business side. It has been a better choice for me. Basically the same operating system with different bundles.

MS Office is a suite of programs that includes a word processor, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and other office related software.
http://www.openoffice.org provides the same thing FREE. I even like them better than MS Office.

well it might each computer company has a different way of packing your pc or laptop with add ons or cd or just free stuff
most likey it will not ask that ? befre buy the computer / laptop
