is there a way to watch oline videos witout it skipping?

I just got this new laptop and i went to go watch a video on Youtube. but when i went there, the video was running very slowly and the sounds was skipping. is there anyway i can fix that?

That is usually caused by a too slow internet connection. The computer keeps buffering the video causing the pauses.
