I bought a brand new hp computer weeks ago. However, it suddenly pops up some unknown errors at every startup. I noticed some said something like "Runtime error. Programs at C:\Windows has occurred a problem. Debug or not"... What is up? Any answers would be very appreciated.

"C:\Windows has occurred a problem. Debug or not" is a complicated problem. If you are encountering the problem, you can uninstall the related program and then restart your computer.

a make sure windows is up to date it may be that you need to update runtime,

b there maybe a program that tries to start, at start up but has some of its files delete corrupt

If so go to start type in msconfig click on the first entry then navigate to STARUP

you can safely un-select every thing but >Microsoft windows operating system

The best thing would be to grab as much info you can get, as to what program is causing the issue then just un-select it . and also delete it/ uninstall it

If it is spyware I recommend Malware Bytes, it is a free application that is good at tracking down unwanted malware/spyware. Also, you can get free antivirus such as AVG or Avast, although if your laptop is new it should already have trial antivirus software from Mcafee or Norton.

If its brand new and you are getting alot of errors it might be a virus or spyware. Try purchasing anti-virus software like Norton Symantec and run a scan.
