I have configured my outlook express to receive and store my mails from official inbox into my office desktop. Now I would like to transfer the all mails including the stored ones to another PC at my home. Unfortunately, I have not left a copy of the message in the server. So, help me how to transfer the mails to another PC?

If you have chosen the choice..'leave a copy in the server' in your office pc(tools/accounts/properties/advanced and tick leave a copy...)....then the mails will be in the main server. you can open your home pc and check the mail. the mails in the server will again download to your home computer. but if you have deleted the mails in your office pc...no chance. If you have not deleted the mails in the office pc...save them in a folder again forward the folder as attachment to your e.mail id or if you have any other e-mail id...come home and open the mails.

Click on every individual email and forward them to yourself. Caution: Do not open or retrieve your email until after your all set up using your new PC otherwise you will have all your emails forwarded to yourself on your old PC. The only problem you will have by forwarding them to yourself is you will have a harder time distinguishing who they are from. Only a little inconvenience for a procedure that will work. Good luck!

From machine A - export all your mail to a file.

Move the file from machine A to machine B.

From machine B, import the file into Outlook Express.

You can copy them to a folder, and the copy the files to your other outlook express.

search for *.dbx files in your primary harddisk and copy them in same place on the second computer, or copy them on a disk and import them from outlook express on the other computer.
