I have four sheets that should go together in one packet when printed. So I want to add the page numbers, but apparently I can only start from PAGE 1 in each sheet. Can I make the page count continous from one sheet to another?

Using headers or footers, Excel will count pages for you.

If you print each sheet individually, it will start at page one each time.

If you select several sheets at once then print, the numbering will accrue from sheet to sheet.

I don't know if this helps... But you can do it if you know the end page number of the previous worksheet... Let me give an example to clarify, if you have say 3 worksheets... the first worksheet has 14 pages, start the first page number of the second sheet on 15... You can do that by:

Click the worksheet.

On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Page tab.

In the First page number box, type the page number you want to appear on the first page of the worksheet (it will say AUTO by default, change this to the desired page number). When it stays on auto, I think that's when it will start each worksheet at 1...

I hope I helped! :) Good luck!

Dynamite usually does the trick. Okay, okay, that wasn't funny. Select everything with Ctrl+A and change the box sizes. Also, go to Page Setup and change the page size to A3. Hope this helps ;)

Yes. You need to have the number configuration adjusted properly. Check your handbook.
